REFUND POLICY

DEFINITIONS

Registration Fee/Down payment/Initial Tuition Fee:

Fees related to student registration with the Academy prior to the commencement of classes.

POLICY

This policy applies to all students enrolled in any programme at the CSD Academy. This policy shall facilitate the Academy’s commitment towards any form of financial or monetary refunds that may arise at any given time. To all intents and purposes, the application of this policy shall be limited to context of fee refunds for any particular applicant(s).

  1. Registration Fee/Down payment/Initial Tuition Fee paid is strictly, NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

  2. Students are required to pay all, or portion, of their tuition fees for any registered course unless enrollment is officially cancelled prior to the start of academy classes. If a student does cancel prior to the start of academy classes, 80% of paid installment tuition fees will be refunded.

  3. Withdrawal or cancellation occurs on the calendar day that the withdrawal is requested online or in person at the Admin Department. A reason has to be given to the academy for the withdrawal. The academy provides a pro-rated refund for students withdrawing within the first three classes:

  • Before Classes Begin: 80% Refund of Paid Installment

  • Withdraw Before 2nd Class: 60% Refund of Paid Installment

  • Withdraw Before 3rd Class: 40% Refund of Paid Installment

  • Withdraw After 3rd Class: 0% Refund of Paid Installment

  1. The Academy will not entertain any requests for refund on the 4th class and beyond from the date of registration.

  2. In all cases, any other debt owing to the Academy will be subtracted from any refund of fees. The Academy reserves the right, at the discretion of the Head of Finance Department, to make an administrative charge against any refund in order to cover any costs associated with making the refund.

  3. Please be informed that the discounts, incentives, free courses will also not be applicable for any subsequent withdrawals’ student for the refund payments.

  4. Please be informed that all students will need to submit refund request form and fill in their respective bank details in order of proceeding with the refund.

  5. There shall be NO refund of tuition fee if the withdrawal is done, anytime later and / or is not done in compliance with the foregoing conditions.

  6. Without prejudice to the rights of CSD Academy which is wholly-owned and managed by CSD Academy Sdn. Bhd. (202001030090 / 1386410-V), the Refund Policies herein is correct at the time of publishing and we reserve the right to make without notice amendments, changes, modifications or alterations and as such there shall be no liability in respect of the said amendments, changes, modifications, or alterations.​
